Correy Gnirk and Joe Fanelli, Founder and Designated Broker at Actum Realty, have known each other for over 20 years. During that time, Correy worked with Joe on a frequent basis over a period of five years. When Joe was launching his new enterprise, Actum Realty, he called Correy because he said he needed someone he could trust. Correy answered that call, and has been working with Joe ever since.

 

Licensed in May, 2021, Correy has taken on a variety of responsibilities at Actum, including client outreach, prospecting, listing preparation, 3D tours, and drone photography. Correy makes sure our clients always receive the highest level of customer service and the best experience possible while working with Actum. Because of Correy’s commitment to our clients last year, 30% of our business was referral and repeat business.

 

Correy loves the outdoors. Hiking and camping are some of his favorite pursuits. When the day is done and his work is completed, Correy “can't wait ‘til the sun returns!”
